Accreditation Forum on the key issues of compliance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017

As part of the Eastern Partnership Project, the Accreditation Forum takes place on November 9th. Accreditation Expert and PTB consultant Dr. Rózsa Ring will moderate the forum.

Topic: the key issues and questions raised by the EA evaluators int the peer evaluations of compliance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017

Participants: 2-3 persons per accreditation body from the Eastern Partnership and the South East Europe region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).


A short statement regarding the NAB's experiences related to the EA peer evaluation of their compliance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017  by the country representatives of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine is part of the virtual meeting. The following points are highlighted:

  •  To learn about the key issues and questions raised by the EA evaluators in the peer evaluations of the EA MLA/BLA signatories’ compliance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017 

  • To share the experiences of the NABs of Belarus Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine related to their EA peer evaluations of compliance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017

  •  To provide information the NABs of Armenia and Azerbaijan can use in their preparation for EA peer evaluation

  • To discuss issues and questions raised by the EA peer evaluators
