Birgit Kuchta

Project Coordinator

As the project coordinator of the project, I am responsible for the overall management of the project. I am the main person of contact for content-related questions. In close cooperation with project partners, topic experts and team members,  I plan, organize and implement project directions, activities and events.  Due to the regional nature of the "Eastern partnership" project, which involves 6 countries and 12 partner institutions, I also strive to encourage cooperation and collaboration across borders. Ideas for innovative project activities with a collaborative character are therefore always highly welcome. I hold a master's degree in economics and Eastern European studies and have worked for about 20 years in the area of project management, mainly in Eastern Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union.
