You are warmly invited to the first EaP Standardisation Forum which will take place online on 4th June 2024 from 06:50 - 10:00 (CET). This means 07:50 – 11:00 in Ukraine and Moldova and 09:50 – 13:00 in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
 
The aim of the Forum is to share insights, experience, and potential solutions for translating adopted standards into a national language. Discussions and presentations will be in English with simultaneous interpretation into Russian.
 
Each EaP NSB may bring up to 3 participants. Please include at least one person who leads on your standardisation activities and one person who leads on your adoptions/translation activities.

About the Forum
The discussion will focus on two aspects: 1) expanding the national catalogue of standards to include European and international standards that are needed for increased trade in EaP countries, and 2) best practice approaches for ongoing translation of standards into a national language.
